What happens in a Past Life Regression session, this is a question that is asked by many people when they are booking their sessions with me. I thought it might be useful to readers for me to write a blog post explaining how I like to facilitate Past Life Regression sessions.
I like the gentle approach of Past Life Regression. It’s highly appealing. I love the way that the client has control of the session, and is empowered to move forward based on his or her own intuitive insights. The experiential nature of Past Life Regression fully supports this. It’s such a joy to watch as clients unlock root cause events of issues they are troubled by, or gain deep insight into relationships that may have previously caused distress. I am extremely privileged to be a part of this significant experience and honoured that, guided by spirit; my clients are guided to my door.
I begin each of my sessions with a meditation. This enables me to commune with my spiritual guides to receive information that will assist my client towards deeper understanding of their prevailing circumstances. I am once again privileged to have such extraordinary teachers and guides who never fail to amaze me with their exacting insights and their amazing, deep and divine love.
When my client arrives we spend sometime discussing the challenges they are hoping to resolve in session. This sets the intention for our session together. I may use some breathing exercises or EFT (Tapping) to help the client relax before the session begins.
The next step is to take a seat on the comfortable chaise lounge and get started. We begin with some lovely breathing exercises followed by a guided body relaxer meditation. Next, we do hypnosis together to ensure that the client reaches a deep state of relaxation. I then guide the client into a particular scene where they will enter into their Past Life.
The number of past lives viewed is normally between 1 and 3. However, I am not rigidly fixed on procedure and grow the session in an organic way, based on the individual needs of my client. This is a client-focused process, reliant on the comfort and needs of the client.
After we have completed the ‘in life’ work a spiritual healing is provided and the client is emerged from the hypnosis state.
On awakening, the client then spends some time with the facilitator integrating the session. This is an important part of the Past Life Regression process.
Clients will often feel a little groggy after the session and it is important to take it a little easy for the rest of the day or evening. Drink plenty of water and allow the integration to work at its own pace.
I hope this helps to increase your understanding of how a Past Life Regression session works.
